Of 257 MoU, works start in only 17: CM Chhattisgarh

Raipur, December 15, 2014: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today confessed in the State Assembly of slow progress in execution of MoUs in the state.

In the 2012 Investors meet a total of 257 memorandum of understanding were signed, the Chief Minister told state Assembly.

However, work has been started in only 17 MoUs, he said.

In this 17 MoUs a total 592 people have been employed so fat, Singh said.

The Chief Minister was replying to a question of PCC Chief Bhupesh Baghel.
