Raman leaves for 11-day America tour
Raipur, October 09, 2011: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today left Raipur for an eleven day tour of the United States of America.
This would be his first US visit during his second tenure as the Chief Minister.
Singh flew this morning to Delhi from where he would proceed towards America.
Power Secretary Aman Singh, Industry Secretary Dinesh Shrivastava and OSD to CM Vikram Singh Sisodia have accompanied the Chief Minister on his tour of Los Angeles and San Francisco among other places.
For the benefit of the state and its development, he was going on a foreign tour, he told reporters at the Airport.
