Raipur, December 01, 2011: Coal Indian Limited, which has a larger interest in Chhattisgarh, wanted to open a medical college in the state, official sources said here today.
Coal Indian Limited contemplating to start a medical college at Manendragarh in coal rich Korea district of Chhattisgarh, Central Government official sources said here.
The CIL wanted to open the college in the coal mine area of Manendragarh, they said.
The Central PSU CIL wanted to open five such medical colleges in the country, including at Talcher of Odisha and Dhanbad and Ranchi in Jharkhand, they added.
