Bastar Impact Editor bereaved
Raipur, April 08, 2012: Saraswati Mohapatra, mother of Editor for Bastar Impact newspaper Suresh Mohapatra, passed away today.
She died in a road accident near Marenga, while travelling from her village Tokapal to Jagdalpur in a passenger jeep, officials said here.
Language daily Bastar Impact is being published from Dantewada and Suresh Mohapatra is an eminent journalist of Bastar region.
Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh has expressed deepest sorrow over her sudden demise and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Suresh Mohapatra, the sources said.
