Ram Vichar enters new Secretariat after 15 days
Naya Raipur, November 22, 2012: It took at least a fort night for Higher Education Minister Ram Vichar Netam to enter the new Secretariat.
After a proper pooja (worship) today, Higher Education, Technical Education and Water Resources Minister Ram Vichar Netam started functioning from his M-3-13 number room in Mahanadi, the new Secretariat Building.
Many a government official of his departments were present during that small function, official sources said.
President of India Pranab Mukherjee had inaugurated the multi-billion rupees Secretariat Complex on November 6, last in a function.
