Battalion Headquarters of CRPF at Bastar
Jagdalpur, November 25, 2012: Central Reserve Police Force has decided to construct its headquarters for the 80th Battalion at Frezarpur locality in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh.
To construct the headquarters of the 80th Battalion, the CRPF has applied for 2,32,827.50 square feet of land, official sources said today.
Meanwhile, the Revenue officials of Bastar district have said they have issued a notification seeking objection, if any, to the application of the CRPF for the said land.
"If any individual or organisation has any objection, they can submit that on or before December 31, 2012," the notification says.
CRPF has been deployed in Chhattisgarh to combat Maoists.
