Chhattisgarh Govt Cancels Recruitment Exams

Raipur, January 16, 2013: Chhattisgarh Government today cancelled the examinations for recruitment of people for the state Secretariat.

The scheduled recruitment examination of January 27 has been cancelled, the Chhattisgarh Board of Professional Examination (Vyavasayik Parikshya Mandal) said today.

To fill large number of vacancies in the state Secretariat, the Board was entrusted the job to conduct the recruitment examination by the state government, official sources said.

The Board has not cited any reason for the cancellation.

However, it said, a fresh date of examination would be announced on a later date.

Official sources told ChhattisgarhTopNews.Com that the examination was being conducted to fill about 302 posts.
