Raipur, January 30, 2013: After a fresh discussion, the Chhattisgarh Government has agreed to re-instead about 35,000 suspended teachers, who were facing problems after an unsuccessful month long state wide agitation.

After a discussion with the teachers late last night, Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said the teachers should get back to their profession.

The yesterday night talk was brokered by Rajnandgaon BJP Lok Sabha MP Madhusudan Yadav, official sources said today.

From tomorrow the sikshya karmis should get back to their job in their respective schools and submit their reply to the administration within next ten days, Singh told the teachers yesterday night.

However, it was stated that the period of suspension would be adjusted against their reserved leaves.

On the dismissed teachers, the Chief Minister said the assistant teachers should apply before the district collectors and teachers should apply before the Commissioners for re-consideration.

Singh also assured the delegation to look into their other problems and in a phased manner that would be solved.
