Bill on Special court to check corruption passes
Raipur, March 12, 2015: Chhattisgarh Assembly passed a bill today to establish special courts to check corruption.
Chhattisgarh Special Court Bill was passed today in the state assembly.
As per the provision of the bill, the properties of corrupt public servants could be seized through special courts.
The government said there would be soon special courts in the state to check corruption.
