Chhattisgarh Assembly declares sine die

Raipur, March 31, 2016: Chhattisgarh Assembly was today declared sine die.

Speaker Gouri Shankar Agrawal declared the house sine die, which was started on March 01.

During the Budget session the house passed a total of 17 bills, including the budget for the fiscal 2016-2017.

The house had 20 sessions and transacted business of about 117.03 hours, said the Speaker.

The Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh also praised the work of his Ministers and party MLAs and the opposition in completing the legislative business during the Budget session.
