Raipur, September 20, 2016: Chhattisgarh government today affected the posting of four IAS officers and made A Kulbhusan Toppo as the Joint Secretary Forest and General Administration Departments.
Toppo, a 2004 batch IAS, was Director Estate in the Home Department and his batch mate Vijay Kumar Dhurve, Joint Secretary Home, Jail and Transport is given the additional charge of Director Estate, GAD order said.
Emil Lakra, a 2004 batch IAS and Joint Secretary Forest and GAD is made Commissioner Tribal and SC Welfare Department and Managing Director State Antyavysai Vitta avam Vikash Nigam, the posts being held by Rajesh Sukumar Toppo.
Rajesh Sukumar Toppo (2005) is now made the full time Director Public Relations Department and Chief Executive Officer Chhattisgarh Samvad.
