New Delhi, November 05, 2022: Uttarakhand has decided to teach medical education in Hindi from the next academic session.
Medical courses will be taught in English as well as Hindi in Uttarakhand from the next academic session.
After Madhya Pradesh Uttarakhand is the second state in the country to adopt Hindi as a medium of language for teaching in medical colleges.
To proceed further the State Medical Education Department has constituted a four-member expert committee headed by Principal of Government Medical College, Srinagar in Pauri district, Dr CMS Rawat, reports said.
