Show cause notice to Deputy Director Veterinary
Dhamtari, January 16, 2023: The Deputy Director Veterinary Dr M S Baghel has been issued show cause notice by the In-charge District Collector Priyanka Mahobiya.
Dr Baghel has been asked to explain why he had not provided the official vehicle by 5 PM of January 7, last for election duty, official sources said.
Due to ill health of the driver, Dr Baghel informed officials over phone that the official vehicle could not be provided.
But the in-charge district collector treated that as indiscipline and non-serious attitude towards election duty, they said.
Because of such an attitude of the Deputy Director Veterinary the election work was affected, the officials said while issuing show cause notice.
The Veterinary Department official has been given three days time to submit his written reply on the matter.
