Raipur, June 27, 2009: The 1985-batch IAS Officer N Baijendra Kumar was today promoted as the Principal Secretary in Chhattisgarh.
Although 1985 batch IAS had already been promoted to the Principal Secretary rank in Madhya Pradesh but here the process was delayed by some days without assigning any reason for that.
However, the state Government today issued the order of promotion and new posting today.
As per the GAD order, Baijendra Kumar would be the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister with additional charges of the Public Relations, Housing and Environment Departments and also the post of Commissioner Public Relations.
