3 local holidays for Korba
Korba, July 11, 2009: The district Administration of Korba in Chhattisgarh have announced three local holidays for this year, officials said today.
The District Collector Ashok Agrawal has approved three local holidays, on September 3 for Anant Chaturdashi, September 18 as Sarv Pitrumoksh Amavash and September 26 as Maha Astami, Dussehra.
Although those dates would be treated as local holidays, but that would not be applicable to Government Treasury and Banks, the officials clarified.
