Tehsildar suspended
Mahasamund, September 28, 2008: Chhattisgarh government has suspended the Additional Tehsildar of Bagbahara under Mahasamund district H D Dahria for dereliction of duty.
Dahria is suspended for remaining absent in Gram Suraj campaign meeting, officials said today.
Raipur Divisional Commissioner Babu Lal Agrawal suspended him on recommendation of Mahasamund District Collector S K Jaiswal.
The revenue official has also been charged with not taking interest in government works, adopting callous attitude, besides remaining absent from the Gram Suraj meeting, they said.
During the period of suspension he would have Mahasamund as his headquarters.
