Cong involves in politics on unity and integrity: BJP

Raipur, April 13, 2010: Chhattisgarh BJP today accused the Congress party of involved in politics on the core issues of unity and integrity of the country.

Congress was conspiring to divide the country by falsely accusing the BJP of having responsible for the rise in naxal violence in the country, BJP State President Vishnu Dev Sai said in a statement.

The state BJP President also claimed the Congress party was involved in playing politics on the sensitive issues like unity and integrity of the country.

A strategy was prepared during the NDA rule when L K Advani was the Home Minister to combat naxalism but lack of sincerity by the Congress on the issue was responsible for the rise in terrorism and naxalism in the country, he claimed.

BJP also pulled up Congress MP Charan Das Mahant for his statement accusing the state BJP of having a nexus with the Maoists.
