Action against illegal occupant of Govt quarters
Kanker, August 05, 2010: Amid reports of several government quarters illegally been occupied by unauthorised persons, the district administration of Kanker has initiated action on the matter, officials said today.
District Collector Nirmal Kumar Xaxa has asked his officials to conduct a survey of the government quarters to ascertain who are occupying them, officials said.
The administration has asked the occupants to furnish information on affidavits that they do not have any private houses in the name of their family or in their name, the officials also said.
