Raipur, June 26, 2024: Monsoon session of the Chhattisgarh assembly has been convened from July 22, 2024, assembly sources said today.

It will be a short session of merely 5 days.
As per the issued notification the session will start on July 22 and will have sittings on July 22, 23, 24, 25 and July 26, 2024.
State government is planning to bring in a supplementary budget in the monsoon session.
It is considering to bring in some legislation in the session also, official sources said.
Also there could be resolution to congratulate Narendra Modi on becoming Prime Minister for the third time.
However, opposition wants to raise several issues relating to people, including loan burden on the state, irregularities in NEET and other exams among others.
