Raipur, September 01, 2026: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai was met today by talented students and teachers from the state who returned after meeting President Droupadi Murmu.
The students shared with the Chief Minister, at the Chief Minister’s residence in the capital, their memorable visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan and interactions with Murmu.
Congratulating the students for this special occasion, Sai said that representing Chhattisgarh at Rashtrapati Bhavan is a matter of pride. The students from the state have enhanced Chhattisgarh’s prestige with their talent, confidence, and cultural presentations.
Sai interacted cordially with the students and inquired about their journey. The students expressed that meeting President Murmu was an unforgettable experience in their lives. The President spoke with them with ease and warmth, learning about their education, interests, and future aspirations.
The students also shared their experiences of their visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan and the time there with the Chief Minister.
Sai said that children have no shortage of talent and potential. If they receive the right opportunities, encouragement, and platform, they can bring glory to Chhattisgarh in every field. Such opportunities boost students’ self-confidence and give new heights to their dreams.
He urged the students to continue their studies with dedication and hard work, and to set big goals in life and strive tirelessly to achieve them.
It is noteworthy that on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, talented students and teachers from Chhattisgarh had a special opportunity to meet and interact with the President at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
On this occasion, the President interacted cordially with the students. He praised their talents and encouraged them to move forward in life.
A very emotional and memorable moment of this meeting at Rashtrapati Bhavan occurred when Murmu personally tied a Rakhi to CWSN (Children with Special Needs) student Nukesh Kumar Verma. This warm gesture of the President’s affection became a lifelong memory for Nukesh, as well as for the students and teachers present there.
