Raipur, May 27, 2025: Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi has invited applications from outstanding young artists of performing arts fields for Sangeet Natak Akademi Awards 2024 and 2025 till 07 July.

Artists of music, dance, theatre, traditional-folk-tribal music, theatre and puppetry-silent acting and traditional mixed arts like instrument making and mask making can apply.
Artists whose age is at least 40 years or more as on April 1, 2025 are required to submit brief bio-data, photocopy of birth certificate, appropriate photograph, photocopies of clippings of articles published in newspapers regarding achievements.
For the award, artists can submit nomination forms directly from the website of Sangeet Natak Academy New Delhi https://www.sangeetnatak.gov.in/award-honours/nomination till July 14.
The application form along with the clearly filled proposal in the prescribed form and information about online nomination can be sent to the Director, Directorate of Culture and Official Language, Sector-27, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Chhattisgarh by July 07, 2025.
Nominations received after the prescribed date will not be considered.
The state government has asked to contact the State Culture Department for more information.
