Raipur, August 08, 2024: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today launched the campaign of “Har Ghar Tiranga” (Tri-colour in every home).
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today started the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign by distributing the national flag to the people, during the Jan Darshan programme organised at the CM House here.
The tri-coloured national flag, a symbol of the country’s independence, will fly atop every house in the state on the occasion of Independence Day, the sources said.
Under the campaign, Tiranga Yatras, Tiranga Rallies, Tiranga Marathon will be organized during the Independence Week from 9th to 15th August, official sources said.
It has also been decided to honour the freedom fighters during that period.
Along with this, cycle, bike and car rallies will be organised at the local level to show respect to the tricolour.
