Raipur, September 14, 2024: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today announced that the teaching in MBBS courses in the state will be in Hindi medium.
On the Hindi Day, the Chief Minister said all government medical colleges will have teachings in Hindi also.
“We will provide books for the teaching in Hindi for medical students from this year,” Sai told a Press Conference at CM House.
Pankaj Jha, Media Adviser to the Chief Minister was also present with Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal.
The students with village background will be benefitted if medical education will be imparted in Hindi, he said justifying the decision.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said in a meeting in Unnao of Uttar Pradesh in February 2022 to impart teaching of medical courses in Hindi and we have decided to execute that. CM Sai said.
