Raipur, April 02, 2016: Senior IAS Officer Sonmoni Borah has today taken over charges as the Secretary Women and Child Welfare Department.
Borah has also been given the additional charge of Secretary Social Welfare, Sports and Youth Affairs.
The 1999 batch IAS was previously posted as the Divisional Commissioner of Bilaspur and efficiently discharged his duties.
