Bilaspur, February 18, 2011: S B Gandhi today took over the change of the Chief Commercial Manager of the South East Central Railway.
Gandhi was earlier posted as the Chief Commercial Manager (Goods) under the SECR.
Besides working at the Army Headquarters, New Delhi, Gandhi had worked in Western Railway, Central Railway and North West Railway on various capacities.
