Raipur, March 20, 2016: Chhattisgarh Assembly today passed the budget allocation for the departments of Tourism, Culture and Cooperation of the Minister Dayal Das Baghel.
The House passed a budget allocation of Rs 341.62 crore for the Departments of Minister Baghel.
Replying to a discussion on his department, the Cooperative Minister said by the end of this year or early next year the fourth Sugar mill of the state would be set up.
A new sugar mill was being set up at Bisesar village under Pandariya block of Kawardha district.
The fourth Sugar Mill has been named as Sardar Ballav Bhai Patel cooperative Sugar Mill and would have a capacity of 25 tons.
This modern sugar mill would also produce 14MW electricity, Baghel said.
Currently sugarcane was produced in 25,000 hectare and that are would increase once the forth sugar mill would come up.
