Raipur, January 01, 2023: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today praised the work of journalists in the state during the pandemic and said his government was ready to do everything for the journalist community.
The state government is also working on the Journalist Security Act and soon that will be tabled in the state assembly, the Chief Minister said adding the Act on the Journalist would set an example for the entire nation.
The Chief Minister was speaking at the Raipur Press Club on the New Year celebration function.
Baghel also said his government may consider favourably about giving relaxation in the interest rate on home loan to the journalists.
A section of media is now busy misinterpreting things, he said adding as if the job of social media is also to damage some one’s image.
