Jagdalpur, January 26, 2023: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today unfurled the National flag at Jagdalpur, the divisional headquarter of Bastar, and announced several welfare schemes.
Baghel also announced Nawachar or creation of a new corporation for best practises to take the culture and heritage of the state to a new height.
The chief Minister also announced that from the month of April, all ration card holders will be distributed fortified rice through DPS system. Currently it is being implemented through the mid-day meal and nutrition programme in only 12 districts of the state.
He also announced free rice for this calendar year to the poor people of the state.
Baghel also claimed that the unemployment rate in the state is only 0.1 per cent, as the state government has provided large scale employment opportunities to the youth of the state.
