Raipur, January 17, 2024: On instruction from the Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma Chhattisgarh Police headquarters have issued instructions to all SPs and other concerns to give weekly off to the police staff.
From Constable to Inspector, all police staff must be given weekly off, police sources said adding instruction have been issued in that regard.
On instruction from the Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma Director General of Police Ashok Juneja has issued the circular, they said.
However, many policemen have complaint that such instructions were issued earlier also but were never implemented properly.
Police staff, during a meeting with the Home Minister Sharma, had complaint that they were deprived of such leave.
