Raipur, February 02, 2024: Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava was today appointed as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, an official communication said.
Justice Shrivastava was currently functioning as the Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court.
A total of six judges of various high courts, including Justice Shrivastava were made Chief Justices of High Courts with effect from the date they assume charges of their respective office in the concerned High Court.
The parent high court of Justice Shrivastava is Chhattisgarh.
