New Delhi, August 31, 2024: The Election Commission of India (ECI) today announced a new date for polling in Haryana and change in date for counting in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana elections.

Accordingly the new date for counting of votes is October 8, 2024 for both the Jammu and Kashmir and the Haryana Assembly.
