Raipur, November 12, 2024: A total of 2 lakh 71 thousand 169 voters of the Raipur south assembly constituency will exercise their franchise in the by-election tomorrow.

Voting will start tomorrow from 7 AM and will continue up to 6 PM for the Raipur Dakshin constituency, Election Office sources said.
Meanwhile, Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh Reena Babasaheb Kangale has appealed to all the voters of Raipur Nagar (South) Assembly constituency to vote in large numbers.

For voting 253 main polling stations and 13 auxiliary polling stations have been set up in the constituency, the sources said.
A total of two lakh 71 thousand 169 voters of the segment will exercise their franchise in the by-election.
These include one lakh 33 thousand 800 male voters, one lakh 37 thousand 317 female voters and 52 third gender voters, they added.
