Raipur, January 07, 2025: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today took an important meeting of all the MLAs of Sarguja division along with the Sarguja MP and said his government was keeping an eye on the development of the entire region and working on all possibilities to take Sarguja forward on the path of progress.

Chief Minister Sai took the suggestions about all the possibilities of development of Sarguja region.
“We are keeping an eye on the development of the entire Sarguja division and are working on all the possibilities to take Sarguja forward on the path of progress. Our government is preparing a better action plan for this,” he told the meeting.
In the vision of developed Chhattisgarh that has been prepared, both the tribal-dominated Bastar and Sarguja divisions along with the entire Chhattisgarh will have a leading role, he said.

The Chief Minister also enquired about the development works going on in their areas and said that the developmental works will continue as per the vision of his government.
Sai held a special discussion in the meeting about the possibilities of tourism in the Sarguja region. The State government has taken steps to promote tourism in Chhattisgarh. They are trying to get Sarguja a special place on the tourism map of the country, he added.
Recently regular air service has started from Ambikapur Airport, which will increase civic amenities as well as promote tourism, Sai added.
Stressing for better road connectivity, the Chief Minister said to make traffic smooth, Sarguja will be connected to other areas through better roads. The network of roads will improve transport facilities and this will also lead to rapid development of Sarguja region.
Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Women and Child Development Minister Lakshmi Rajwade, MP Chintamani Maharaj, MLAs Bhaiyalal Rajwade, Ram Kumar Toppo, Rajesh Agrawal, Uddeshwari Paikra, Raimuni Bhagat, Shakuntala Porte, Gomti Sai, Prabodh Minj, Bhooln Singh Maravi and officials were present in the meeting.
