Raipur, March 04, 2025: Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched One Time Settlement Scheme-2, under which home buyers are being given a discount of 10 to 30 per cent.

This scheme was approved by the State Cabinet on January 20, 2025, but could not be started immediately due to the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct due to the Municipal and Panchayat elections.
Now it has been implemented in the entire state from March 01, 2025, giving the general public a golden opportunity to buy houses at affordable rates.

This scheme is beneficial for people of all sections, as it is giving up to 30 per cent discount on the prices of houses, said Chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board and Secretary of Housing Department Ankit Anand.
In the first two days of the scheme, 56 houses worth Rs 8 crore have been booked, which shows the tremendous success of this scheme, said Anand.
Interested people can book their dream home by logging on to the board’s website www.cghb.gov.in, said Board Commissioner Kundan Kumar adding that the booking process has been made completely online and transparent.

This scheme has been implemented in all the major cities of Chhattisgarh like Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, Jagdalpur, Dhamtari, Dantewada, Rajnandgaon, Kawardha, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Arang, Mahasamund, Ambikapur, Jashpur, Raigarh, Korba and other major cities, he said.
Chhattisgarh Housing Board has prepared this scheme especially for those people who were not able to buy a house due to financial difficulties.
These houses, available with discounts, will be affordable for the common people.
