Raipur, January 22, 2026: Renowned journalist of Chhattisgarh R Krishna Das was today appointed advisor to the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai.
As advisor Das would advise the Chief Minister on the issues relating to Media and other issues, the General Administration Department (GAD) order said.
Krishna Das will have the rank of a Special Secretary in the Government and would get Rs 1.5 lakh per month and other benefits, the order said.
Das has worked in several news organisations, including Business Standard, Telegraph and The Hitavada.
He is known as a gentlemen journalist among the media circle.
