Raipur, September 29, 2026: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai will attend the three-day “Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conclave-2026” being held at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University Raipur, today and interact with young students and startup entrepreneurs.
The Youth Conclave places special emphasis on promoting youth innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship. Startups from various sectors are showcasing their innovations, products, and technologies.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai will also inspect the newly constructed Subhash Chandra Bose Biotechnology Incubation Centre located on the university campus.
Through this centre, technical facilities and incubation support are being provided to innovators and startups.
The Chief Minister will also interact with the young innovative students and startup entrepreneurs participating in the conclave.
The objective of the programme is to connect youth with employment generation opportunities through innovation and entrepreneurship. Emphasis is also being placed on integrating innovations emerging from various regions of the state, including Bastar and Sarguja, into the startup ecosystem.
Through this conclave, the youth are being encouraged to move in the direction of “Idea to Innovation and Innovation to Entrepreneurship.”
