     Mumbai, April 23, 2025: Araiya Group, which operates a prestigious premium hotel in Himachal Pradesh, has expressed its desire to invest in five-star and seven-star level hospitality projects in Chhattisgarh.

Araiya Group Chief Business Officer Akshay Kulkarni met Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai in Mumbai today and expressed his desire to invest in five-star and seven-star level hospitality projects in the state, official sources said.

     Kulkarni said that Araiya Group is operating a prestigious premium hotel in Himachal Pradesh and now wants to connect the natural beauty of Chhattisgarh with global luxury hospitality.

     Araiya Group is considering a long-term investment plan in the field of luxury tourism and transportation in the state, he said.

     Chief Minister Sai informed him about the New Industrial Policy 2024-30 of Chhattisgarh, in which tourism and hospitality sector have been given special priority.

     Sai said the state government is providing facilities to investors like policy support, availability of land, single window clearance and favourable environment.
