Raipur, December 23, 2008: Amar Agrawal today took over charges as the Health and Revenue Minister of Chhattisgarh.
In the previous BJP government the Revenue had changed hand many a time. It was with his arch rivals Nanki Ram Kanwar and Brij Mohan Agrawal, and finally reached in his hand this time.
Amar had also been given Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education Department, Commercial Tax besides Revenue and Rehabilitation department.
After taking over charges, Agrawal called the Revenue Secretary Durgesh Mishra and others and discussed the issues pertaining to their departments, officials said.
