From now on every year from 3 December to 13 December, the state will celebrate ‘Janadesh Parab’, Chief Minister Sai said addressing the ‘Janadesh Parab’ programme organized at Science College Ground in Raipur today on completion of one year in Office.

In the Janadesh Parab BJP President and Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda was also present as the Chief Guest.
Next year Chhattisgarh is completing 25 years. This is also the centenary year of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who made the Chhattisgarh state, Sai said and announced to celebrate Chhattisgarh’s silver jubilee year as ‘Atal Nirman Year’.
Vajpayee laid a network of roads in the country as Prime Minister and taking inspiration from that, infrastructure development will be given top priority in the silver jubilee year. His government will also work on different themes in the next three years as well, he added.

The Chief Minister said that last year the double engine government has deposited 49 thousand crore rupees in the accounts of farmers.
In its first three months itself, the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana was started to be given to the women of the state on priority. So far, an amount of Rs 6,530 crore has been sent in 10 installments of Mahtari Vandan Yojana in the accounts of 70 lakh women. This amount is sent on the first date of the month and as soon as the amount comes in the accounts of mothers and sisters, their faces light up with pride, Sai added.
The values of Ramrajya are the values of good governance for him, he said. Good governance has been ensured at every level of administration. The Department of Good Governance and Convergence has been formed to include the values of good governance in the system. Transparency is most essential for good governance and for this digital governance has been started. To eliminate red tape, e-office system has been started. In this, the note sheet is advanced in digital medium. This also sets the time limit and fixes accountability, he said.

Without the development of Bastar and Sarguja, the development of Chhattisgarh cannot be thought of. That is why work has been done to increase the income of forest produce collectors. His government has increased the amount of tendu leaf collection from Rs 4 thousand per standard sack to Rs 5.5 thousand. On the day of Tribal Pride Day, it has been announced to give Samman Nidhi of five thousand rupees to Baiga, Gunia, Sirha etc. of the state, the Chief Minister said.
Tourism corridor is being built in Bastar. The United Nations Tourism Organization has included the village Dhudmaras of Kanger Valley in the 20 selected villages of the world. Bastar and Chhattisgarh have come on the world tourism map. Sarguja division is also making a place in the world tourism map. Recently, Madheshwar hill Shivling of Jashpur has been recognized as the largest natural replica in the world.
He said that his government has made Guru Ghasidas Tamor Pingla the third largest tiger reserve of the country. This will promote eco-tourism. With the start of air connectivity in Sarguja and Bastar, along with rapid development in these areas, the region has now been opened for tourists from the country and abroad to reach here. After the construction of all the approved roads in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is completed, the road network of the state will become like developed countries in the next two years.
The Chief Minister said that his government has got the biggest success on the Maoist front. A year ago it was difficult for anyone to even think that the scourge of Maoism could be destroyed. More than 2 hundred Maoists were killed in a year. Through the Niyyad Nella Nar Yojana, the light of development has again reached the villages freed from the roots of Maoism. The state government has prepared a new industrial policy, in which five lakh jobs will be created in the next five years through an investment of Rs 2.5 lakh crore.
