Raipur, June 22, 2024: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today met the state Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan at Raj Bhavan here.
Both discussed various issues for about half an hour.
Sources said, the Chief Minister discussed with the governor about various issues, including resignation of Raipur Lok Sabha MP Brijmohan Agrawal from the state assembly and his Education Department portfolios.
Currently there are two vacancies in the state cabinet after the resignation of Agrawal. It was speculated that the Chief Minister also discussed about that also.
However, the Chief Minister said he briefed the Governor about the developmental works being carried out by his government.
“We discussed about the current situation of the state,” Sai said.
He also discussed about the Khariff season and availability of seeds and fertilisers in the state, the Chief Minister said.
