     Jagdalpur, October 29, 2022: Ruling Congress in Chhattisgarh has started preparation to draft a strategy to capture all the 12 assembly seats of Bastar region and to fine tune that party top leaders are meeting workers at Dantewada today.

     AICC In-Charge P L Punia is in Bastar and today he would be meeting party leaders and workers at Dantewada to understand the ground reality, party leaders told ChhattisgarhTopNews.Com.

     Punia reached Jagdalpur yesterday and accompanied by PCC President Mohan Markam spoke to local workers and leaders on various issues, including issues confronted by the party.

     As a part of the mission 2023 Punia is on a three-day tour of Bastar region to understand the nerve of the people and the party workers, PCC President said adding today they would be meeting workers at Dantewada and tomorrow at Jagdalpur.

      “Works have already been started to draft a strategy, how to approach the people in 2023 assembly election,” said PCC President Markam.

     Currently the party leadership was touring Bastar region to take feedback about the welfare schemes of the Bhupesh Baghel government and how that could be taken further to the people, he said.

     Currently all the 12 seats from Bastar are with Congress and it would be a challenge to repeat the same in 2023 assembly election, local party leaders said.
