Raipur, August 21, 2023: Former Collector and senior bureaucrat from Chhattisgarh Neelkanth Tekam may soon join the BJP.
Tekam could join BJP in a couple of days, sources claimed.
Tekam was District Collector of Kondagaon and now wanted to contest from Keshkal Assembly segment, they said.
A 2008 batch IAS Tekam is currently posted as Director Treasury in Chhattisgarh Government.
Three prominent former IAS OP Choudhury, Ganesh Shankar Mishra and RPS Tyagi are already working as a full time in BJP.
A couple of more government servants might join the main opposition BJP ahead of the year-end assembly election, sources claimed.
