International Research Centre on Swami Vivekananda in Chhattisgarh

     Raipur, September 26, 2011: Chhattisgarh Government today decided to have an international centre for research on the work and philosophy of Swami Vivekananda.

     A trust would be constituted to set up an international centre on the philosophy and works of Swami Vivekananda, officials said here.

     It was decided today in a meeting attended among others by the School Education Minister Brij Mohan Agrawal and Additional Chief Secretary (School Education) Sunil Kumar, they said.

     The autonomous institute would be a research organisation with active participation of the people related to Vivekananda philosophy, they said adding it would also be involved in publication of materials relating to his works.
