Raipur, July 15, 2025: Chhattisgarh government has suspended MIS Administrator Lalman Sai posted in Jashpur District Education Office with immediate effect due to negligence in discharging responsibilities and disobeying the orders of higher officials.
Official sources said here today that MIS Administrator Lalman Sai posted in District Education Office has been suspended with immediate effect by Deputy Director Public Instruction Directorate Chhattisgarh due to negligence in discharging his official duties and disobeying the orders/instructions of higher officials.
A show cause notice was issued by Collector Jashpur, but this action has been taken after the reply submitted by Sai was found unsatisfactory, the sources said.
As per the order issued, it has been clarified that Sai’s conduct is against Rule 03 of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965.
On this basis, under sub-rule (1)(a) of Rule 9 of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966, Lalman Sai has been suspended and his headquarters office has been fixed as Joint Director, Education Division, Sarguja.
During the suspension period, Sai will be eligible for subsistence allowance as per rules. The relevant order has been implemented with immediate effect.
