Laptop, Tab Schemes from April: Raman

     Rajnandgaon, January 28, 2013: The ambitious free distribution of laptops and tablets to students would start from April next, Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said.

     The new scheme would be launched in the new financial year of 2013-2014 from April, Singh said.

     The free Scheme would be launched to connect the youth with computer literacy by distributing laptops to final year students of medical and engineering colleges and graduate students with tablets, the Chief Minister said.

     Singh stated this in the golden jubilee function of the Kamala Devi Government Women’s College at the district headquarters Rajnandgaon.
