P A Sangma meets Raman

     Raipur, January 30, 2010: Former Lok Sabha Speaker Purno A Sangma today met Chhattisgarh Chief minister Dr Raman Singh.

     Both the leaders discussed the issues relating to Chhattisgarh and its development, officials said.

     The Chief Minister briefed the first tribal union cabinet minister of the country on the steps taken by the state BJP government in development of the SC, ST and members of other communities, they said.

     Sangma was here to participate in a function of his party NCP.
