Bhilai, September 21, 2023: Top Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi today praised the Bhupesh Baghel government at Chhattisgarh saying the relief provided by the state Congress government have helped the women tide over the inflation.
Participating in a Mahila Sammelan at Jayanti Stadium here in Bhilai city of Durg district, Priyanka said the current leadership in the state was working in a service attitude to ensure the citizen’s today and tomorrow secured.
The state government has drafted plans keeping the women at the centre to make them empowered, she said.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said his government had prepared plans keeping all sections of the society, because of which women are benefitted.
In that programme, the Chief Minister has also gifted 186 developmental works worth 309.56 crore to the Durg district.
