Raipur, December 13, 2008: Dr Raman Singh today entered his office in the state secretariat after took over charges as the third Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh.
A proper worship was held at the entrance gate and also in his chamber before Singh took over charges for the second consecutive year.
From the politicians and bureaucrats some were even present in that function to impress him in a hope to get much better position in the state.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister said his government would try to provide a transparent government for the next five years.
The people of the state have expressed their confidence on BJP and the new government would work harder for the development of the state, he said.
