Raipur, May 12, 2025: Union Minister for Rural Development and Agriculture Shivraj Singh Chouhan will tomorrow facilitate the grih pravesh ceremony for 51,000 new beneficiaries of the Prime Minister Awas Yojana and review implementation of various central schemes in Chhattisgarh, official sources said today.
After arrival at the capital city Chouhan will review the central schemes at the state Secretariat. Before that, he will plant a sapling in the Secretariat premises.
Thereafter, Union Minister Chouhan is scheduled to proceed to Ambikapur.

The Union Minister will participate in the “Mor Awas Mor Adhikar” programme, organised at the PG College ground in Ambikapur.
In that event Chouhan will hand over keys to the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin and PM Janman.
He will also conduct bhoomi pujan for the beneficiaries, who are starting their housing construction and hand over the sanction letters.
Union Rural Development Minister Chouhan will facilitate the grih pravesh ceremony for 51,000 new beneficiaries of the Prime Minister Awas Yojana. The self-help group members and lakhpati didis, who have done outstanding works, will also be felicitated.
The programme will be presided over by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Tokhan Sahu, Deputy Chief Minister-Rural Development Vijay Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister-PWD Arun Sao, Assembly Speaker Dr Raman Singh will be present as special guests.
