Raipur, February 26, 2014: Senior bureaucrat Vivek Kumar Dhand will be the next Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh.
Dhand will take over charges as the new Chief Secretary on February 28.
A 1981 batch IAS Dhand will succeed 1979 batch IAS Sunil Kumar.
After Raman Singh became Chief Minister for the first time in 2003, he picked up Dhand as his first Secretary.
